The number of active voices (or sound instances) is obviously very important in Wwise for keeping track of when it engages voice limiting, but that number doesn't actually seem to be something that the user can easily use for other purposes.

Is there a simple way to ping wwise through the API to get the number of currently playing voices for any specific ID? The goal would then be to just expose those as RTPCs.

I've asked around many wwise communities already and haven't really gotten much of an answer, but my instinct is that the utility of this would be unlimitted if we could somehow use this in the bind to built in parameter section. Like tick a box in advanced settings to expose it or something.

Thanks!

Were you ever able to access to this? It's really easy to profile this in the Wwise Authoring Tool, but I want to use the API to get access to this on the game side.
