Language settings for language including gender

Hi, in our application we have voice overs based on the choice whether a female or male voice is preferred. What would be the setup for voice overs which are both based on a language and a gender? Would that be to create 'English(en-US)(Female)' and 'English(en-US)(Male)' languages? Or is there route to differentiate on multiple parameters (language + gender in this case)?
