soundbank: completed with fatal error

Hello
I had a problem while generating the soundbank
completing the operation I get out the writing
"completed with fatal error"
and below it
a red square with the words "unable to copy media file" and a black square with the words "maximum number of media items exceeded"
what's the problem and how can I solve it?
