The dll for the plugin 'Microsoft HRTF' could not be loaded

Today, I updated a plugin which name is Microsoft HRTF 2017.2.7. But it is not which I want. Then I uninstall it to update Microsoft HRTF 2017.2.6.6636.
After update work was finished. I open a wise project, it said "The dll for the plugin 'Microsoft HRTF' could not be loaded". I found the MSHRTF.dll in directory which name "xxxx\Wwise 2017.2.6.6636\Authoring\x64\Release\bin\plugins\".

Now I cannot generate sound bank. Because wise project will show init fail because MSHRTF. I uninstall all the plugins, wise and wise launch. They don't work.  Who met this problem before?
