①プロジェクトの制作予算は、リリース後の運営開発費を含みますか？含む場合は、その計算方法を教えてください。

②プロジェクトの制作予算について、何か証明が必要ですか？

③初期に支払う費用以外に、追加の費用が発生しますか？（同一タイトルで同一のプラットフォームである限りは、永続的に利用可能ですか？）
