There is a copy of the Wwise fundamentals here:

You can download the Wwise 101 PDF here:
https://www.audiokinetic.com/download/lessons/wwise101_en.pdf

You can also download the Offline documentation from the Wwise Launcher, while installing/modifying Wwise, which includes a complete PDF.
