Re-routing Controller Audio if Controller is muted

Hi all,

I'm planning on routing some sounds to the PS4 controller's speaker via the Master Secondary Bus, but I'm wondering what happens if a player's got their controller audio muted or turned off.  I assume this would have to be done code-side, but any thoughts on how I'd re-route the audio going exclusively to the controller speaker back to the TV output if we detect that Controller audio is muted (if that's even possible) ?
