Hi all,

we're developing an Android game in Unity, and I have to test audio behaviours for multi touch interaction, so it's a bit complicated to do from the Unity editor. So I tried to connect to the game running on the tablet (a samsung nexus 10) from Wwise, but Wwise can't see it, even though I'm using the "Connect to IP" button with the correct IP adress. I'm able to ping the tablet from the windows command line.

Any idea as to why that might be? I suspect a closed communication port, but I have no idea of how to open them on the tablet. All I know is my application is authorized "complete access to the network" according to the settings menu on the tablet.

Thanks,

Matt

Got it working, just had to add Wwise to authorized programs in Win 7's firewall... :\

Although it seems to make the Audio CPU thread jump quite a bit. Sound is playing fine when not profiling but I get voice starvation issues all the time when profiling...
