I am currently unable to sign in to the Wwise installer. I have done so previously and I did have a verison of Wwise installed. I was trying to download a new version but every time I attempt to log in, it instantly logs me out with an error like "cannot retrieve bundle". I have restarted my PC, uninstalled Wwise and the installer, and tried to reinstall everything and the same issue persists. Because of the issues I am having, I am also unable to report a bug or a ticket. I can log in to my account online, so I know that my details are correct and my account exists.

This was caused by a server issue following the deployment of changes affecting sign in. It should be back to normal now, sorry for the inconvenience.
