Is in User Defined Soundbank is greyed out in Unity

Unity versions tested: 2022.3.36f1 and 6000.0.26f1

Wwise version: 2024.1.3.8749.3379

Post Event failed. If working with Autobanks, make sure that the "Is In User Defined SoundBank" setting is properly unchecked. If working with User Defined Soundbanks, make sure to add an AkBank Component.
I get this error when trying to play an event, I can play that event in Wwise Picker, in Wwise, have generated soundbanks, but can't play in Unity Editor. Every tutorial is VERY outdated (5-10 years). Is In Used-Defined Soundbank is greyed out so I can't uncheck it. What am I missing?
