Game runs on one computer but not another- missing Wwise file?

This problem has been plaguing us for a year now and is preventing release of a complete game.

For some reason our game only works on our audio programmers computer but not any other computer. Since our dialogue system depends on Wwise working, it results in the game being unplayable.

We are stumped and clueless as to what's going on.
