If I'm working on a project that will eventually be released, should I use an older version of Wwise?

The Wwise 2024.1 says "not for production" but the game I'm working on won't be finished for a long time so is it okay to go ahead and use 2024.1 and just update it to the full version when it's released? Or is it better for me to start with an older version and update to 2024.1 after the release?
