Wwise 301 Lesson 4 script errors

I am going through Wwise 301 Lesson 4. My Wwise version is Wwise 2019.1.11 and my Unity version is Unity 2018.4.32f1. I'm trying to post an event from a script. However the script isn't working properly and wont let me play sounds.

Here are some images showing what I want my project to look like, and what my unity project and code looks like. I am also getting an error that says,

"Exception generating network code: System.Exception: Assembly Temp\Assembly-CSharp.dll does not exist!"

which I believe to be the problem. However, I don't know how to fix it. I read that running or disabling anti virus can fix that issue, however, neither has worked for me. I have also tried reimporting the scripts. I have redownloaded unity, the unity project, and the Wwise project. I am unsure of what else to try.
