How to monitor actual States and switches state ?

Hey, I'd like to know if there's a way to monitor the ACTUAL state of every Gamestates and Switches.

It's hard to keep track of every toggle that happened in the profiler capture log, I'd like to have a clear view of the actual active states and switches.
