Can't hear sound inside Wwise

Hello, 2 questions. One, I need Wwise support, but I tried registering my project and I did, but even after I did, it keeps telling me I don't have a project registered, since I think my issue can only be helped by them, but I'll ask here just in case. But doesn't anyone know a way to contact Wwise otherwise? For my second thing. I have to connect Wwise to Cube, and after having a few issues I created a new Wwise project, but I can't seem to hear any of the sounds I import to Wwise. I'm using the 2021.1.6 version, and I tried to go to Audio preferences but there's nothing there for me to change audio preferences so I'm not sure how to fix the problem or why I can't hear the sounds since it does show it should be playing (when I press play from the transport controls it moves as it is playing sound). It was working before, not sure why it isn't now. I'm on a Mac. Thanks for any help in advance
