How to create Game Parameter for Enemy remaining in wwise Cube?

Hey All,

 

I'm working with the default cube 2019 version and I would like to create a Game Parameter Enemy/Monster Remaining.
Cube does not offer this cube Parameter in their default scripting and I'm wondering how to create one?
