Is it possible to remove a sfx from a random/sequence container once it's been played?

I'd like to have a set of sfx looped randomly, but for one of those particular sounds to only play once. I want that sound to also be random. So the container with 5 sounds would play, and at some point this 'one shot' would play, and after it's played, it will not play again even if the container loops (only if the event is triggered again).

Is this possible to do? cheers!
