Integration fails everytime

Question

My integration fails every time. I've tried using different versions, older ones, ones that worked previously etc. to no avail. When I click the integrate button, it starts preparing and validating it, then I get Operation completed with error. An error occurred during the creation of the new Wwise project. The project was not modified.

 

I haven't started my current project but I have a deadline I need to work for - it's quite urgent.

 

Any ideas how to fix it?

I'm using Wwise 2021.1.7.7796 and Unity 20.3.33f1.

I have integrated previous projects with no issues.

 

I'm using Mac OS on a Mac Mini running Monterey.

I've had similar issues with some projects. Creating the Wwise project first and then pointing to this link in the integration setup fixed it for me.

Yes, that's a common process. I'm not sure if the issue is Monterrey. I've heard many with different audio software related issues.
