One workaround you can try is to log out and log back in the Launcher: error 403 related to authentication.

Try to use VPN with your internet connection in order to change your IP to different country. This solved the problem for me.

I tried install 2022 version it didn't work so I went with an older version 2019 and it installed with no problem
