Calculate the space required to store an array of arbitrary-sized objects in the command buffer.

参数
[in]item_sizeSize (in bytes) of each element in the array.
[in]num_itemsNumber of elements in the array.
返回
Size (in bytes) required to copy the array data in the command buffer.
