Set all parameters of the audio format structure. Channels are specified by channel mask (standard configs).

in_channelConfig Channel configuration
in_uBitsPerSample Number of bits per sample
in_uBlockAlign Block alignment
in_uTypeID Data sample format (Float or Integer)
in_uInterleaveID Interleaved type
