bool AkPlatformInitSettings::bEnableHwWemOpusDecoding

Controls whether or not WEM Opus media should be decoded using the hardware decoder. Defaults to true. Setting to false will eliminate memory used for initializing the hardware decoder, but force all WEM Opus media to be decoded using software.
